JOEY NGOY is a serial entrepreneur, operating over 12 active companies. His first company, Innex, was started right after high school and has gone on since to make Inc.’s 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America. Having grown up surrounded by donuts helping run his family’s business, Joey merges his acumen in entrepreneurship and food in creating a fast growing rotisserie chicken concept in Hong Kong and consults for restaurants.
TSZ CHAN is a student of life and her career reflects her thirst for design, food and business. She graduated from University of Southern California with a degree in Fine Arts and minor in Business Administration. She cut her teeth by designing within an international architecture firm, cooking for a Michelin-starred restaurant and leading the operations for the first food tour startup in LA before consulting and designing for businesses both big and small.
